IMPORTANT PROGRAM CHANGES
Effective Monday, January 10, 2011

In an effort to cultivate a safe and supportive learning environment, all volunteers must wear their ARC ID while in the building.  Please scan in and out at the front desk when entering and exiting the school.  If you are in need or have not picked up your ID, please see Mr. Kitchen during your first day of service.

All clubs will be assigned a staff liaison. The liaison will periodically attend club sessions and assist with club event planning, school communication, etc.  You will meet your staff liaison on the first day of service.

A Google document will be sent that pertains to your club.  Please complete the form and return it via email by Monday, January 24.  (The formation will be used for program reporting purposes only.)

If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Mr. Kitchen at wmsg.volunteers@gmail.com or Ms. Robinson at gy.robinson@gmail.com.
